Meal Plans & Fire Funds The campus card office is where you turn in your meal plan forms. Southeastern offers Fire Funds with all meal plans. Fire Funds are placed on cards each semester the day after drop/add and can be used in Mi Casa Café and the on-campus Chick-fil-A, Portico, Backyard Burger, Papa John’s Express, Einstein Bagels, Tuscana and the stadium concession stand. Fire Funds do not roll over from semester to semester, and they cannot be used in the bookstore.
Reminder: Each student has two separate Fire Card accounts. One account is only for Fire Funds, which a student cannot add to or take money from; these funds are tied to the selected meal plan. The Campus Cash account is a general account for personal funds that a student has placed on the card to use in the bookstore, Mi Casa Café, Chick-fil-A, Portico, Tuscana Ristorante, Backyard Burger, Papa John’s Express, Einstein Bagel and the stadium concession stand.
Remaining Balances
Your balance on your Fire Card’s Campus Cash account carries over each school year; however, the money cannot be refunded until a student withdraws from Southeastern or graduates. Fire Funds expire at the end of each semester.
