Change of Status

Currently enrolled undergraduate degree-seeking students that are changing the method of program delivery should complete this inquiry form for next steps regarding their Status Change application. Changes of status are processed in between semesters, not during the semester, due to enrollment reporting, billing, and financial aid. Keep in mind, not all majors are offered across all deliveries. Verify with an enrollment counselor in the delivery that you intend to change to prior to completing this form to ensure the major you are interested in is offered in the delivery you would like to change to.
