Need Maintenance?

If you need maintenance in your dorm or building, please completely fill out a work request form. If you have an emergency such as a fire, flood or other safety hazard, contact the Office of Facilities Management directly at 863.667.5056.

In the Event of an Emergency

Please contact 863.667.5056 during regular business hours. For after-hours emergencies, contact the security office at 863.667.5190 or 863.667.5990. Emergencies are classified as fires, floods or any other imminent danger to any person or Southeastern facility.

Please do not directly contact facilities management unless you are reporting an emergency such as a fire, flood or other imminent danger.
