Campus Mail

Campus Mail is a multifunctional service available to all Southeastern students. Although mailboxes are available only to students with campus housing, postage stamps, as well as express and priority mail services, are available to all students, staff, and faculty. Packages with a pre-paid label may be dropped off at the mailroom for the following carriers: UPS©, FedEx©, and USPS© (We are not a Post Office, so we are not able to take returns with a QR).

The SEU Mailroom is now utilizing the S.M.A.R.T. shipping platform, which offers Cost-Saving or Time-Saving options. Before sending a package, be sure to TYPE IN AND PRINT the SMART label (found under Helpful Links) and bring your printed SMART label along with your package to Campus Mail. With that, we will be able to print out a shipping label for you, apply it to the package, and give it to our carrier (USPS ©️ or FedEx ©️). Postage can be purchased at the Campus Mailroom. We accept cash, credit cards, Google Pay ©️, & Apple Pay ©️.

Important Reminders

Mail Access

Your mail can only be accessed via your personal mailbox with your key. Campus Mail staff are not allowed to give you your mail through the service window, except once a semester.

Lost Your Mailbox Key?

If you lose your campus mailbox key, inform the mailroom so a replacement key can be made. After paying a $20 fee for the replacement, you can pick up your mail at the service window until your replacement key is ready. When you pick up your new key, make sure you bring your key replacement receipt.

SEU Summer Forwarding

Summer Forwarding of USPS first-class mail will begin after filling out this forwarding form. Two weeks prior to the beginning of the fall semester, forwarding of mail to your summer address will stop.

Campus Mailroom Key Return and Permanent Forwarding

Permanent Forwarding only occurs when you will no longer have campus housing the following semester (due to study abroad, internship, moving off campus, graduating, or withdrawing from the university). Residents must fill out this form and return their campus mailbox key ONLY to the SEU Mailroom. Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 charge on their student account. Mail will not be forwarded until the key is returned and a forwarding address is provided.
