Degree/Course Information-Online Logging In to JICS: To access JICS Student Information, which is the portal that connects you to Course Registration, your Degree Audit, Finances, Student Life, and FERPA/Parent Access, please log in to the Current Student Dashboard, then select JICS (you may also directly access JICS by visiting JICS.seu.edu). To log in to JICS, use your student ID number as your username. The password should be the same as your SEU email password. If you have difficulty logging in, please contact helpdesk@seu.edu or 863.667.5028.

How to Track Your Progress:
Access your Degree Audit by following the below steps.
- Log into JICS
- Select “Student” tab
- Select “Degree Audit Portlet”
- Select “View All Details”
- Click “Recalculate Student Progress”
- Click “Grad Report”
- Updated degree audit will appear
Major and Minor Declaration: Majors are declared based on the major of interest selected during the admission process. If a change is desired, students must fill out a major/minor form in MySEU.
Academic Advisors: You will be assigned to a dedicated SEU academic advisor who will assist you in selecting courses throughout your academic career. Contact advising@seu.edu for your academic advisor’s contact information.
Minimum credit hours: Each student must be registered for a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester in order to remain full time. Students that are enrolled part time, with less than 12 credit hours on their schedule, will not be eligible to receive certain grants, scholarships, and loans. Please contact SFS@seu.edu with any questions.
Make sure you register for your courses in plenty of time to obtain textbooks and course materials prior to classes starting.
Note: REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AFTER THE DROP-ADD DEADLINE. No changes can be made after this date. Please contact the Office of Advising for assistance with registration.
