Paying for Courses

Course Cost

Each CC+ Course is a flat $500. An additional $121 is charged for the MyMathLab material/textbook for Pre-Calculus, $129.50 for College Algebra, and $127.50 for Probability and Stats (these prices are subject to change). Other books and readings listed in the Challenge III and IV curriculum can be purchased through Classical Conversations’ bookstore.

View Statements & Recent Transactions

1. Go to: http://myseu.seu.edu/dashboard/
2. Enter Student username and Password
3. Click on: JICS Student Information System
4. Click on the tab labeled “Student Finances”
5. Click on “My Account Balances.”
6. To review your account in detail, click on the highlighted dollar amount. This will include the most recent transactions. The most recent transactions are at the top.
7. To view your Course and Fee Statement, go back to Student Finances and click on “Course and Fee Statement”.

If you would like to share your student information with parents, guardians or third parties, while in JICS, click on the tab at the top labeled “Parent Access” then click on the “Define New Permissions” in the middle of the page. Per Federal Law, if you are 18 years of age, the Parent Portal permissions are available only at the discretion of the student. The student, not campus personnel, is the only person able to grant permission to view any portion of the student’s data.

Make a Payment

Payments can be made online by clicking this link: https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetk/selfserve/ebilllogin.aspx?client=SOUTHEASTERN_PROD or through the JICS Student Information System, by clicking on the Student Finances tab and then choosing “Make A Payment on my Student Account”. Online payments made with a debit or credit card will incur a 2.75% courtesy fee charge. No fees are added with an online check payment. Checks or cash can be paid to the cashier in our Business Office or checks can be mailed to Southeastern University Attention: Business Office 1000 Longfellow Blvd. Lakeland, FL 33801. The cashier’s hours are 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 Monday through Friday.

The course payment is due a month after the course start date. If the balance is not paid within the month time frame there will be a finance charge of 1.25% each month until it is paid off. The balance must be paid off in full until you can register for the next term.

A payment plan is available for use. There is an annual enrollment fee of $65 if you use this plan. The balance must be paid off in full before the student can be enrolled in the next term.
