Faith IntegrationFIRST(Furthering the Integration of Religion, Science, and Technology) is a LSI – Local Society Initiative – funded through a grant from the Metanexus Institute and matching funds from Southeastern University. Our primary goal is to establish dialogue groups to promote the on-going study of science and religion in interdisciplinary and inter-religious local societies. Through development of web resources, promotion of written materials, seminars, workshops, conferences, student video nights, book discussions, and community outreaches, FIRST is designed to foster a constructive dialogue both within the evangelical community and beyond.
